Jurnal Ilmiah Pengabdian Masyarakat Bidang Kesehatan (Abdigermas) publishes research focused on community service efforts that apply knowledge and technology in the health sector. This journal highlights various aspects related to improving community life through research-based health initiatives.

Abdigermas Thematic Coverage:

Public Health: Research on epidemiology, health promotion, disease prevention, the control of infectious and non-communicable diseases, and health policies that impact communities.

Environmental Health: Research on the environmental factors affecting community health, such as sanitation, pollution, clean water, and waste management.

Nutritional Health: The application of health and nutrition programs aimed at improving the nutritional status of communities, especially in areas prone to malnutrition and micronutrient deficiencies.

Primary Healthcare Services: Development and evaluation of community-based primary healthcare services, including community health centers (Puskesmas), clinics, and rural healthcare services.

Health Education: Programs and strategies aimed at increasing health literacy in communities, including education through social media, seminars, training sessions, and health campaigns.

Non-Communicable Disease Management: Research on prevention, early detection, and management of non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and cancer.

Mental Health and Social Psychology: Research on fulfilling the mental and emotional health needs of communities, including programs aimed at reducing stigma around mental health disorders and improving psychological well-being.
